Accessibility

Private access should remain usable.

CBM designs its public access page and authorized account workspace for keyboard, screen-reader, reflow, zoom, contrast, and reduced-motion use.

01

Our working standard

We test core flows against WCAG 2.2 AA-oriented criteria, including visible focus, semantic structure, form labels, error identification, text alternatives, 200% zoom, and common mobile and desktop viewports.

02

Requesting assistance

If a barrier prevents access, use the existing representative or administrative contact for your organization. Authorized users can also submit a private support request after signing in. Do not include patient or clinical information.

03

Known limitations

Third-party authentication and hosted platform controls may have accessibility behavior outside CBM’s direct implementation. We document and escalate reproducible barriers in those services.
